The 2017 & 2018 season weren’t ideal, but things are looking promising for the 2019 season.

The past two seasons Steven struggled to get out on track, with a reliable and consistent passenger, in 2018 Steven had to withdraw a number of entries due to no passenger. Whilst there are riders who will happily have any passenger in the chair, Steven’s philosophy is that a team will go quicker, with confidence and trust between rider and passenger, both working seamlessly to excel.

In August 2018 with Steven getting frustrated with not racing, David responded to his plea for a passenger, their first outing was at Darley Moor¬†again things didn’t go to plan with the first technical issues of the year, but they started of ‘steady’ and built on that. Starting off scrapping at the back with Crowe/Williams, their next visit saw them getting attention from other teams who’ve observed the giant steps forward the team are making, reinforced again when racing with a wildcard entry with the FSRA at Oulton Park, where the lad’s knocked a whopping 16sec’s off their qualifying time.

As the season draws to end, discussions are already turning to plans for the 2019 season, and beyond. The general feeling is that the team will concentrate on one club championship, to be decided, visiting some of the larger circuits around the country the team haven’t raced at, gaining more confidence and experience in a new environment.

Both Steven & David are genuinely excited about the 2019 season, having already attracted much attention in the paddock, and with both aware that there’s much more potential to come, the team are going into 2019 guns blazing.

The team are actively seeking sponsors to join them on their journey through the 2019 season, once plans have been agreed, sponsorship opportunities will be available, and any support will be greatly appreciated by the team.
